Cozy Apartment in Sweden

Pretty little apartment in Sweden with one of the wonderful ceramic tile fireplaces I love so much. Doesn't it give the  look of this room a cozy feeling? Nice contrast of dark and light in this home with a touch of wood throughout. The apartments I find in Sweden all seem to have the most incredible light and nice tall windows...always lots of reflection with pale floors and white walls for a nice clean and simple look!

Super Apartment in Sweden

Such a cute apartment in Sweden with wonderful and interesting details! The kitchen is so great with the high back splash of subway tile and the eat-in area. I love the hanging lights throughout the apartment...gives it a modern feel for not too high a cost....so easy to add these to any home. Great floors boards and what about that incredible wallpaper! I just love the look of it in an all white home..with that wonderful wall of colour in the dining room. The mix of chairs and the shot of green to coordinate with the wall is really fun. I love to add a bit of the unexpected in to a room and I find that is a bit of what we see in this apartment....

White in Sweden

This is such a great apartment in Sweden. All white with many of the traditional Swedish touches....gorgeous tiled fireplace, all white wood floors and wonderful moldings. There are several features I really like in this apartment and the first is that every room is off the central hallway. I also love the barn doors that separate the office and living room and did you see that cool trompe l'oeil of the door. Soo cute. The oddly shaped kitchen has also been well done and did you see that interesting fan over the stove? That is new for me I have never seen anything like it! Gustavian Beauty

On yesterdays post I showed one small portion of this incredible house. I have posted this same picture before on Tumblr and on Facebook and I finally found the entire home. It is so hard to describe this house....it is so spectacular in so many ways...kinda over the top....but if you look at each piece individually you see the most beautiful furniture, architecture and detail. I am in awe of all of these incredible pieces in one room...tooooo much! There is not one Mora clock but four...not one Gustavian mirror with gold trim but several. Each bench chair and table has wonderful detail...and then there is the ceiling....whew I am out of breath..Enjoy!!

Sweet Swedish Apartment

This little open air apartment in Sweden is so pretty. The whole living space is really in one room with a small bedroom and bathroom, but it is really well done. Pretty black and white touches with a lovely  modern kitchen and bright big windows that really open up the space in a great way. Just perfect for a single or young couple!
